Hi, I am Luis
and I am pleased to offer my services as a private chef for your celebration, event or gastronomic experience. I have been in this profession for almost 20 years, travelling around the world. Always respecting my origins in Basque and Mediterranean cuisine.
I trained at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería in San Sebastián, Basque Country and I have received training in various Mediterranean regions. That is where my gastronomic base lies.
I have worked both in Michelin Star Restaurants in the Basque Country and in traditional restaurants in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. Masters such as Andoni Luis Aduriz, Martin Beresategi or Francis Paniego are part of my culinary experience.
My travels and work around the world, Australia, France or Argentina, complement my knowledge, feed my curiosity for other cultures and have been a great personal and professional experience.
The quality and variety of products offered by our environment, as well as its landscapes, are the perfect context to relax and dedicate oneself to enjoy it. Menorca is for sharing. I want to bring this to you wherever you are.
